Quick throw together dinner tonight. Leftover grilled portobellos, hot dogs, orange pepper and garlic scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. I knew this was either going to be great or gross lol. It came out awesome!

Lol I do love Chopped! I tend to ‘wing it’ a lot so the rest of the house has gotten used to things smelling good but me telling them I have no idea what I’m actually putting together lol. As long as I have basics I’m good!
