interesting day, the new fridge seems to not cool enough, everytime you open the door which happens a lot around here the fridge loses temperature. The freezer has frost all over it and now some is building in the fridge. They want me to wait another day before attempting to switch them out. I think something is wrong and it is probably minor but trying to get the repair folks out on the new fridge I think will be challenging. will try tomarrow.
Had a great visit with my son and daughter in law. They came originally to pick up my old fridge but I had to keep it just in case we need to change out fridges again. I made a nice big pork roast and for once we had no leftovers. they both are big meat eaters, that is what working out does to you, LOL! I had some mashed potatoes too, they don't seem to bother me. I thought I would have some leftovers to weigh so I had to guess what I ate. Calories are low for the day. I might have underestimated my portion of the pork, but still it is very low calorie.
have to wean myself off this coffee. After my one pound gain which is probably from using the stevia so heavily the past couple days, I need to clean up my act. New week to start better tomarrow.
