I started carrying around a quart sized steel cantene to make sure I'm drinking enough water, because I wasn't befor. I'm finding that the more I drink, the more I want, and I'm no longer growing tired of it.
Small breakfast but filling. It doesn't appear that I eat many calories on a daily basis when I journal my food intake. I only allow myself one alcoholic drink on the weekends, I've cut my sugar intake down except for the 2-3 servings of fruit per day.
I'm also working out 5-6 days a week alternating between weight training, aerobics, and yoga, yet I'm still having trouble losing weight. Hopefully this supplement I'm taking for thyroid health will increase my TSH, I feel a little more energized since I've started taking it.
