Dude... took a boxing class at Title Boxing... such a great workout!!! You can go at your own pase but if you keep up with the instructor it is super intense. I definitely recommend this! Class was 45 minutes but I stayed for an extra workout and got a total of 90 minutes in. Feeling great!! 🥊💪🏼

Careful, we have a tendency to over train & it comes back at us....actual surgery due to excessive amount of WODs!!

I’m trying to be careful with my activities. I’m not going too heavy on the weights and I can’t do too much cardio since I have exercise induced asthma. I have to pace myself with it. As for the weights... I go just heavy enough to get the burn but not so much that I’m really sore the next day. Switching up the muscle groups too so I’m not overworking anything. Also making sure my technique is on point. Better to go a little slower with good technique so you get something out of it.

I'm back into overtraining mode hahahaha. 13 sessions a week for next four weeks is my plan. breaking PB's along the way with some luck. boxing is no joke, keeps heart rate up in a great way

Cool. I didn’t even see the option to view pms on my phone. Kinda stinks! I think I have a good plan though. I enetered everything I’m going to eat today and I think my ratios look good.
