I cannot get out of this funk. I was 130 today-bugger! I stopped drinking and am really staying off sugar-well the processed kind, anyway. Eating some fruit and chewing sugarless gum like mad to keep my mouth busy. I have to post my food every day and get this thing pointed in the right direction. I have 10 pairs of skinny jeans that need me!

Didn't t you tell me no fruit??? I like to forget that in the summer. A week of dukan and you ll be back in the skinniest in no time : )

Yes-NO fruit! Peaches and cherries and grapes are so good right now. Hrumph
