Ugh... I had a terrible weekend. Breakups suck. It’s crazy how emotions effect the way you eat and your energy levels. Some people binge, others lose their appetite. I lose my appetite but when I get hungry I want to eat junk. Didn’t do too bad, but I’m hoping I have energy to get back to my workouts this week. Been feeling exhausted the past couple of days. I’m hoping that getting back to my regular eating habits tomorrow will help give me the energy I need to get off of my butt! I don’t want to let my emotions get in the way of my personal goals.

Break-ups do suck - don't mean to be insensitive, but maybe it was better now than down the road.... Action creates motivation - get your but moving and you'll feel better, eat better, sleep better and want to do more. Great book - the Happiness Equation - super author, light read - life transforming.
