Yes... it was delicious but I the m&m were not mine so it won't happen again. Anyway... it fitted nicely within my calories for the day :)

Well.. that was actually my lunch.. around 600 calories.. I still have enough calories left for my dinner. I do IF and usually start eating at lunch but today I have to do breakfast and skip lunch instead :)
