Salad's not for every day LOL! Cheese chips are my absolute new favourite food - they are for most days 8-) I make them with Habajero monterey jack cheese - just the right amount of bite to them... The rest looks good too - love some fresh zucchini!

I mix up the seasoning if I'm using just shredded cheddar or mozzarella - garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, chopped jalapeno peppers, more garlic...
