I just bought the keto protein, banana creme flavor.. The guy at the health store told me that it would taste good when using vanilla unsweeted almond milk. tried it that way and it was okay.. so I added some cinnamon to make it a little better.. I just drink this stuff down quick and just move on. I drink it with multi collagen powder too.. I noticed that I do feel good after using this stuff for a week..

I mixed it with water and added cinnamon and some whipped cream but it has a bitterness to it that is hard to get over. I couldn’t finish all of it. I will try it out with some almond milk. Thanks for the tip!

These are similar to many other protein, casein, whey powders out on the market. Difference is some ingredients used and the means or persons to whom it is advertised toward. As for the taste, there aren't many out there which taste great, so most persons blend them into some sort of concoction. I can tell you from years of experience with these types of supplements, the vanilla flavored ones usually end up tasting the worst. Not sure as to why however.... As a suggestion though, as one who takes whey protein from time to time, I use nonfat skim milk, some people use water as Lena stated. I also add a .25 of a banana, 4 to 5 strawberries (whole), blueberries, ice, sometimes a few raw almond nuts or walnuts, touch of cinnamon or in rare instances brown sugar like in an oatmeal flavor, and blend in a nutri bullet blender or something similar. The powder will make it a bit frothy so less milk is better.... Almond milk, Coconut milk, or other will sweeten the taste a lot....so if this is something you like try it, if not use 2% or less milk and only a .25 cup to prevent frothy foam. Additionally since it probably came with a little measuring scoop inside, just barely fill the little scoop, to much of it in any one scoop will overpower the drink, and will make it extremely thick.... Hope this provides insight, as I used them for many many years..... Good luck, keep me posted or ask me anything, If I know it from experience, I'll share it with you.....You may even contact me in private if you'd rather not share with the world .... :D

Wright, thanks for the suggestions. This isn’t a protein shake though. This is an exogenous ketones base. It’s supposed to aid in getting you into ketosis faster, suppress appetite, and give you energy. The vanilla flavor in it is good but there is a strong bitterness that I can’t get over. I will try mixing it up with half of a banana and oats. That’s usually how I take my protein shakes too. Thanks again!

Wow! I had the same reaction but if you can buy some strawberry of chocolate Quick or I use half whey protein and half keto supplement for a protein-keto bomb.

The keto feast suppressed my appetite very well. I think it expands in your stomach.

I've not tried exo ketones, only read they are a complete rip off. Especially if you're not in ketosis...but if it makes you feel better or get results, do it..

Thor, what is a Keto feast? I bought this on amazon after a friend suggested it but I think it may be a rip off. Natural ketones are obviously better than exogenous ketones and I’m not sure it will throw me into ketosis after a cheat day, but I’ve only had it twice. Will try it with peanut butter next time. Thanks for the tips!

the only ketone supplement worth buying is the MCT oil and I agree what is the point of putting ketones in your body if the whole idea is for your body to make them. I made the same error and when it came I did not use it. I figured it out about a day after my finger hit the buy it months ago.

No, I prefer a Protein Shake, but usually half servings. This keeps the door open for a few calories & usually with another protein snack!!

Yea, definitely won’t buy again, but I will try to finish it since I bought it.

Use it in in coffee. Try buying MCT Oil or Oil Powder with Acacia prebiotic by Giant Sports International. It has the most MCT using the better C-6 and C-8 and with the least carb content compared to others.

I don't like the powders they don't tend to mix well in coffee, it would work fine in a shake I guess. oil in liquid form is the easiest to use.

Wait! What??!! Don’t mix it with carbs! Are you Keto? If so try to either mix it in small amounts and take a shot of it so it doesn’t last. Or you could try adding some sugar sub to it.

Treat yourself, throw it away.

I’ve only mixed this with water or coffee, not with carbs. I’m Keto.

Crash good idea! I will try taking a shot of it. Going to try a few more ways to drink it but if they all fail, I’m tossing it. Not gonna torture myself!
