Day 7
I haven’t weighed myself yet today, but I wanted to log my mood. I feel great! I’ve noticed (and had people notice) how different my skin looks, my partner said that I look radiant, only a week in and the weight I’ve lost is visible on my face, and I don’t feel so bloated. I feel leaner.
Yesterday I had a mild headache (perhaps that’s ketosis kicking in) and I felt a little lethargic, but this morning I feel really clear headed.
I admit I ate late yesterday (a slice of lettuce Cheese breadless sandwich), but that’s because I only had two meals yesterday. Have to make set meal times.
