Bad day. Went to Fresno & ate lunch at Sizzler. Not sure why I thought I could resist the desserts. Ordered steak & veggies but couldn't pass up the apple cobbler or peach cake. Only went downhill from there. Stopped at Walmart & bought an 8 pack of iced cinnamon rolls. Tomorrow start fresh.
