gonna try tracking again, new job is physical thats why i lost almost 20lbs at first then eating crappy food whatever and whenever. so figure get food on track and go from there
212.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
