You guys!!! Today is my last day at my old job :,( I’m super excited about my new position but I’m going to miss my crew. I’m eating a big breakfast now so I don’t get tempted by the goodies that will be offered to me later

Hmm cherry tomatoes would have been a nice addition. And Yes I am super excited and a lill scared. I’d been working at my old store for 2 years! But I love change so this will be exactly what I need!

When I experience changes in my life it can cause anxiety and that can trigger 'hunger'. For me, planning a fast during this period helps me not go on a 2-3 bag of Cheetos carb run.

I know what you mean Abef. I’d binge whenever I was feeling anxiety, anger, happiness or excitement! Which was basically all the time :D

Abef I don’t know where this will power came from. I never use to have it. The only thing I can think of is that I really started to view my food addiction as an actual addiction that was controlling me (and destroying me). And I don’t want anybody or anything controlling me!
