I had a drop from last week, so I'm on the right track. I did eat a few extra snacks over the weekend though, so I'm going to try to figure out this new eating plan this week to see if maybe something would be better to snack on. The plan I'm following is about timed nutrition and eating certain types of foods at certain times, but I'm still learning. Normally I just try to eat healthy foods and stay within a calorie budget, but since I'm doing this program with a friend I want to stick to it as much as I can and try to learn something along the way. I think my hurdle is trying to choose foods that will fill me up and eating those at the right times and in the right quantities. When I'm at work it's much easier because I have nothing else to grab and eat (unless someone brings me cake), but at home there are chips, or granola bars, or just other things that I can get into. After my extras over the weekend I feel bloated today, so lesson learned, and hopefully I'll remember for next time.

I'm just going to keep plugging away. I hope everyone has a great Monday!!
