I had had a terrible bloat for a week, but drinking a lot of water kinda seems to have washed it away? Idk but my tummy looks way better today, which makes me so happy.
Also, I ordered my first protein shake from Amazon (I usually ate protein bars but shake would be cheaper I guess). Hope it’ll do some good.
