Well, the scale went up. I did lose a few pounds over the last week. That was great, until this morning. I was about 2 1/2 pounds heavier. Probably just water weight, but I still don't like it. I have lost inches since I started trying to lose weight, so that's good. I guess I can't complain. I need to learn to make my goals a little more realistic with weight loss. It's going slow, but at least I've made some changes in my life. Time to stay positive and keep working at it.
