I tested for ketones today and maybe there is a trace amount. My goal this week is to get back into ketosis. I will test again on Friday and hope for the best. If I can get back into ketosis I want to stay there this time.
Here comes the diet math... I will burn 400 calories a day on the elliptical machine this week. Six days times 400 is 2400 calories burned. Plus my calorie deficit, whatever that is and whatever I burned during my Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs classes at the gym AND my calories burned just from daily living I should be able to lose at least a pound this week.
