Since everyone is gone today I decided to avoid eating all day. Then I read up on the intermittent fasting. Guess I messed up with grabbing a handful of spinach first thing this morning. But I got my 16 hours in from last night since I did not eat yesterday past 3;30. I have just had coffee with heavy cream and stevia this morning and one cup every few hours as it helps me when the hunger hits.
I made up a nice salad to eat later around 4 and then if I manage I will have another 16 hour window before I eat again.
I don't know if cream messes up that 16 hour window fast benefit but either way the reduced calories and lots of exercise for the day will help me
