I haven’t reached this in YEARS! I know it’s water weight mostly; but it’s SO ENCOURAGING!!! Drinking teas and diluted juices today. Still not hungry nor am I having gallbladder pain.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
