Spent the whole day eating stuffs (basically junks and “some” veggies) I’ve always wanted, doing more workout than usual, and sitting on my ass doing homework. I really hope all my cheat day strategy works.
Now no more unhealthy day until the finals ends, since I’m gonna have a solo trip to NYC before going back to my country!
(I’m gonna try to eat healthy meals on a budget during the trip. Nobody complains even when I get a salad for dinner at Trader Joe’s while traveling in fabulous NYC, bc I have no company to complain to me lol)

Good luck on finals and have fun in NYC!!

Fellow graduate student here, I have to say that being a student plus two pregnancies have really put a toll on my body. If it were just keeping up with kids I probably would already be my ideal weight, but sitting in front of a computer has made me way too sedintary.
