wt 175. Ray said my thighs need working on the most. usually it's my abs. I looked in the mirror tiday and my breasts stuck out more than my stomach :)
167.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
