I am trying really hard to get my motivation back and not succeeding. After shedding over 60 lbs, I lost my focus and then fell back into old habits and, over the last 15 months or so, have put 40 back on. Time to get back to “Making Better Choices”.

You can do it... think about what you really want, the WHY your dropped the 60 in the first place. Think about WHY you want to do that now. Is the why a health concern, a way you want to look, something you want to do (no need to answer that here)? What ever it is, the WHY is the seed of the motivation you want. You have already proven you can do it so the WHY is what matters!

The good thing is you aren't back where you started, so make a decision to start right now! There are a lot of reasons to get back on the horse and health is one of them! The older you get the worse it is, so nip it while you can.

Be encouraged. You know what to do. Make that U-turn. Stay strong. Make best choices for you to once again continue to succeed.
