It's definitely couldn't get any more dietic than that. Just a steamed cod, spinach and one small tomato for dinner. I even didn't use a drop of olive oil, just a little bit of lime to add some flavor. It's delicious actually. About 200 calories

Olive oil is necessary for our skin, hair, cells. So keep that in mind. But eating food in a natural way is kind of interesting too, like a religious experience, I feel.
