well, I was expecting to go up as it was my birthday over the weekend and we went away for the evening. Spent saturday afternoon brewery and wine tasting, fabulous dinner out, then buffet breakfast with a winery stop on the way home. Lots of greasy food for dinner sunday night then a friend bought me lunch on monday. Such a good sandwich. I didn't even bother putting my food intake in as I know I'm WAY over the 1300-1500 calorie range. Now that I've recovered from the food and drink binge it's back to dialing it in. Love how 2 days puts 4 lbs on but it'll take me 2 weeks to take off those lbs. But honesty, I don't mind as much this time, as I really enjoyed it, every last bite and sip. Now to convince myself I can make time for exercising this week, lol! Maybe if I get up at the butt-crack of dawn...otherwise...it ain't happening.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
