Vegetable Salad with Lemon Juice
A great detox salad for lunch.
Ingredients
Directions
- Simply chop all the ingredients up, and peel the potatoes.
- Put the carrots, potato, mushrooms in boiled water, and let boil until they go soft.
- Put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix together well.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon all over salad.
