Oven baked chicken breast with sesame oil and seeds and other spices.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a baggie except the chicken breasts.
- Shake and mix all the dressing and then add chicken breasts.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Cook for about 40 minutes in 350 °F (175 °C) oven until chicken is golden and sticky.

we've made this a couple of times now, and its good. It satisfies the chinese food craving, without being too much. I've made this both true to the recipe and I've cut up the chicken and cooked it in a pan.

Looks delicious, but this shouldn't be coming up as a good recipe for Atkins induction... One serving contains more carbohydrates than we are allowed for an entire day during induction! I wonder what would happen if you substituted Splenda or Stevia for the sugar?

I would like to say that dish was very moist and was really good I will make it again and again.

I really liked this meal. I choppped up the chicken instead of keeping it whole and marinated it for about 5 hours before baking. It was delicious! I love the taste of salt and soy sauce is one of my favorite flavors. Will definetly make it again.
