Directions
- Place all vegetables, along with onion, garlic and thyme in a pressure cooker.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Pour cooked vegetables, along with vegetable broth in a mixer.
- Add salt and cheese. Blend all ingredients well until smooth.

yes cause you can use up all the ends of cooked veggies that you may have as well. soup is a great lunch. especially one as nourishing as this one! I will try it!
