A magic mini apple pie that is very filling.
Ingredients
Directions
- Take biscuit, and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Slice apple thinly, place on top of biscuit (press down a little to flatten the biscuit slightly). You may not need the entire apple to cover the biscuit.
- Take butter and slice very thinly. Spread out over the apple slices.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add cinnamon and ginger, as much as desired.
- Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 20 minutes. It takes a little longer than the biscuits normally would, due to the toppings.
- Note: add an optional scoop of reduced fat vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.
