Directions
- Blend together eggs, butter, coconut milk, honey, salt and vanilla.
- Combine coconut flour with baking powder and thoroughly mix into batter until there are no lumps.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake at 400° F (200° C) for 15 minutes.

Reviews
Use honey or maple syrup instead of erythritol. I've made muffins like these and they are yummy, filling, satisfying and easy to make. try replacing the nuts with blueberries - Yum. As for the fat - this makes 6 muffins so, the fat from all of the ingredients is probably 20% of the calories.
