Garlic & Butter Green Beans
Spiced garlic green beans fried in butter.

Directions
- Blanche the beans in boiling water for about two minutes. Take out of the water.
- In a small frying pan, melt butter and add garlic cloves,
- Let brown. Add the beans and spices and cook until crisp.

I cannaot understand why you would use 2.5 tablespoons of butter in ANY recipe if you are seriously trying to lose weight. It certainly isn't low cal if you look at the fat content! This is where people cheat themselves and then feel they are losers and not in a good way. Take the receipe out!
