Directions
- Put two sage leaves on top of each of the four chicken breasts.
- Wrap the parma ham around the chicken breasts and secure it with a wooden cocktail stick.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Pour over the vegetable pasta sauce, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until cooked.
