Directions
- Coat portobello mushroom caps with olive oil, back and front then broil caps for 15 minutes.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- While caps are broiling, spoon mixture onto the four caps evenly.
- Return to broiler for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
