Directions
- In a large bowl make the sauce. Whisk together sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine (mirin), sesame oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce like Huy Fong brand.
- Next, add the vegetables. Add cole slaw mix, julienned carrots, sliced onion, and julienned peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
- Mix together, refrigerate and enjoy.

I made this slaw today to go with BBQ ribs tomorrow. It is delicious and will be a great side to go with spicy ribs or chicken. Will probably be even better tomorrow after all the flavors blend.

I read a suggestion that you can heat up the leftovers, add some protein, and put it over pasta or rice
|
Healthy and you can eat a lot of it guilt free...can't go wrong with that!
