- Mix all ingredients.
- Use 1 tablespoon measure to put rounded dough on covered with parchment paper cookie sheet.

Reviews
Very good and beautiful color. You must have 'tasted' the dough quite a lot because I made 24 1 tbsp cookies with that amount :)
Maybe a bit too dry? I think I would add some (stelvia + water) syrup on top of each cookie after they are cooked.
I added a coating of chocolate ganache on top, but that more than doubled the caloric load.
