What's your quick and easy lunch for each day of the week?
I used to get my lunch from work cafeteria because convenient and variety. Now I'm heading back but cafe isn't open yet so will need to cook lunch myself. Wondering how to give it variety so I won't get bored since I already cook for dinner (almost always fish/chicken with a bag of spinach. tried to go a bit keto). Also want to spend minimal time in the kitchen
Clarification: still working remotely so I have my kitchen. Got an air fryer and a rice cooker

Best Foods To Rid Stomach Fat?
I've been counting calories and walking to work the majority of the work week, as well as going on lots of walks with my dogs, for the past couple of months. I've noticed that I'm losing weight in my love handles and getting skinnier that way but I still have a gut. That's my biggest insecurity as I don't want to look like I'm pregnant while I'm just walking around. What else can I be doing to get a flatter stomach? Are there any foods I could be incorporating more into my diet? Foods that I need to avoid?
I've been cutting sugar out of my diet (natural sugars in fruit have stayed) but I don't eat sweets anymore and I rarely eat packaged foods. So I'm at a loss of what else I could be avoiding that's preventing this weight loss. Or am I being too eager and not waiting long enough to see the results?
