I made a math number error yesterday I didn’t leg press 630lbs or 635lbs. I leg pressed 650lbs and 655lbs.

My body is feeling very good today and I am pushing myself stretching my limits at how fast I can run. 7.0mph feels like I am flying and my body is adapting very positively to that speed.
