I had a cup of black coffee with 3 tablespoons of sugar. I ate a honey wheat sandwich with 1 slice of provolone and 1 2 slices of smoked honey ham with some Dijon mustard.
Lunch I have been sipping on water and just had 3 mini cupcakes 100 calorie pack. Just had a Boca veggie burger with white hamburger bread and some onions and ketchup and Dijon mustard. with a few sips of diet coke.
Dinner: Two turkey sausage sandwiches with ketchup and Dijon mustard and raw onions with Diet coke.
After Dinner had a peach and ate some French bread. Had some more Diet coke.
