Pinkie Toe Pain!!!
I had trouble with my feet when walking too - a rub here and a pinch there. I sort of got it into my head to try running
and I went to a specialty store to buy new shoes. Found out that I needed a narrow shoe and since then I haven't had any foot problems.

Vitamins & Supplements
I take a multivitamin daily, black cohosh (for night sweats), flax seed oil and calcium. I hate the calcium. I think that is what is causing my heartburn. I had hard pills which required three a day. I recently bought some gel caps hoping that would be better but its not helping.
