So last week I lost 2lbs. Is it unreasonable to push myself to lose 3lbs this week? I will try!! That's all I can do is not to give up, and keep trying.

UGH!! BABY SHOWER AT WORK TODAY(baby shower is NOT FOR ME LOL). Im just eat the smallest of portions, and try to eat a salad for dinner.

Good Afternoon: Someone please help me!!! FS states I should have 2500 daily calories but that would keep my weight the same. I don't see were you change the daily calorie intake to lose weight. If someone could guide me I would appreciate the help. Thanks, TITO
