Reached my goal weight of 170lbs, now shooting for 165!! weighed 191 in April, now shooting for 165! Not eating 1/3 quart of ice cream a night and lots of excercise!!

Iv'e lost 17lbs from April 16th to today!! Would love to get down to 168 by Aug. 20th!! Want to go scuba diving again down to the Florida Keys about then! Need to fit in my shorty dive suit!

off and on with my journelling, spent about 5 hrs today power washing our gazebo getting it ready for a new replacement deck, can't wait to see the final product! Working at Cantigny Park in Wheaton in the Security Dept., getting about 9000 steps a day in walking around the park, nice!! Able to see the First Division Museum,the WW1 and WW2 tanks- the kids love to climb all over them! Beautiful place to picnic and visit the huge flower garden! And get my tan on while getting paid! Beer Garder open from 11am to 9pm, admission to park $5 M-F, $15 Saturday, $20 Sunday. Go to Cantigny.org for more info. on live music events and movies!
