I didn't have a good day today. I was feeling a bit stressed and ate a little more than I should have. I am on a 1200 calorie or 22 points from Weight Watchers and I ended up with 1405 calories and over by 3 points today. Not bad cause I have my extra 35 points per week but I don't use them each week. This is the first week I went into them.
I didn't get my water in, didn't drink any of my milks, didn't get any oil, only got 1 lean protein. Didn't do well today at all.
TOM is here and I haven't wanted to exercise due creamps and tiredness so I don't expect a good loss this Tuesday when I weigh in.
Tomorrow is a new day and I will work harder to stay on plan.

I just joined today. This seems like a really neat site. I stayed on plan today with Weight Watchers. I have 1 point left but I am not hungry to use it up. It is 7:30 pm and I don't want to eat this late. Tomorrow I am going to get out and use my app on i-pod to run again. Will be day 2 on running. I haven't ran since I was a kid so I don't make it very far. App has you walking 1 1/2 minutes and running 1 minute for a total of 8 one minute runs.
