I've really been struggling with stress-eating lately, so I've been craving sweets. I try to refuse or at least moderate them, and make up with it by doing my cardio and weight-training. I really need a kick in the butt to get down to the 198lb weight class for my powerlifting meet coming up in Oct, so I'm hoping this challenge will help me out.
