Fatty Liver Disease

If so what kind of diet are you on?

I can't believe I'm letting the Scale ruin my life!
Just because it didn't budge after over a week of eating super healthy I've gone on a 3 day binge of eating crap again!
The doctor has already told me if I do not cut the sugar out I'm killing myself and yet I ate a king size PayDay tonight... and the kicker is it really wasn't that satisfying!
Fatty Liver disease is going to kick my butt if I don't get serious!

Yup... laying in bed watching TV
No motivation today
Been eating eggs whites and spinach, No Sugar, bread or cokes for 15 days and not even a pound has fallen off

First time back on this app in years and I've gained ten pounds since then... depressing
Have been eating right for 13 days and no loss!
Been sweating like Dr Devore told me too and working with Bub...and nothing is changing!
