why?
Good for you Joicardinal! 10 miles a day is waaaayyyyy better than sitting on the couch all day or at an office desk and plopping when you get home. I was told to walk 25 minutes a day...that I would lose my gut and the depression I was in at the time. It worked. Not sure how far one goes in 25 minutes but I would guess maybe 2 miles at the very most or less. If I did that for 5 days it is a good thing. Maybe not a major workout but it is healthy nonetheless.

changing weight goal
Hi... I am just seeing this and if you are still wondering I thought I would quick share that in the past when I have used this site I changed my goals but my past history of everything else stayed the same. I hope this helps Smile
