I can't seem to stick to this plan for longer than a few days. So I've just been trying to drink lot's of water and watching what I'm eating as apposed to being so strick. It's a slower proses but it seems to be working. I still drink the protien shake for breakfast and I'm eating salads for lunch. Staying away from sugar and bread. Chicken and fish are my main protiens. I snack on fruits and nuts mainly. I have to have that crunch!!! I hope everyone is doing well!! have a wonderful weekend!!

Hi everyone,
I am recommiting again today as well and happy to hear I'm not the only one who fell off the wagon!! It is difficult enough to hold myself responsible on my own, but when I read about others having the same problems it makes it easier for me to not beat myself up so badly!!! Fat Flush............I'm back and going to make an honest effort to stay focused and commited!!

I need to just stop worring about the scale because I know that my weight fluctuates 3 to 5 lbs for some reason. I'm either not drinking enough water or something!! I've got to stop feeling so defeated and just concentrate on how much better I feel. I know that it's unlikely that I will get back to where I was a few years ago but I can sure as hell try to get there!!!

Hello everyone,
Well I made it through week one and the weekend. I feel really good with my results. They have flucuated a little but I think 7.5 lbs is very exciting news since I faultered slightly with a little bruhaha (beer) for St Patricks Day. I still ate according to the Fat Flush plan and drank the hot lemon water and the cran water. I hope everyone is doing great and that next week will be even better!!
