1. Wake- 7:00a.m. Breakfast-2 eggs, 1 toast, 2 breakfast sausage, coffee no sugar.
2. 100 mg. Vit C, 1 tumeric, 1, multivitamin, 1 ibuprofen, 2 omega 3. 1 Ginseng.
3. Gym 8:15-9:15 a.m.
4 100 mg. Vit C, 1 tumeric, 1, multivitamin, 1 ibuprofen, 2 omega 3. 1 Ginseng.
5. 2 bottles water.
6. Snack- 1 carrot, 1 organge
7. Lunch-4 ozs beef stew and 1/4 cup Cajun Rice.
8. 100 mg. Vit C, 1 tumeric, 1, multivitamin, 1 ibuprofen, 2 omega 3. 1

2. Vit C, 100mg, 1 tumeric, 2 omega 3, 1 multivitamin, 1 ginseng, 1 ibuprofen.
3. Gym 730am-830am
4. 2 bottles water.
5. Lunch- 5 oz Beef stew, 1/4 cup of cajun rice.
6. Snack 1 orange, 1 carrot.
7. Dinner- meat lasagna.
8. Snack 1 orange, 1 carrot.
9. Bedtime.

1. Wake 5:40 a.m., Vit C 100mg, 1 tumeric, 1 ibuprofen, 1 multitamin, 1 ginseng.
2. Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 wheat toast, 2 farmer john sausage link, coffee no sugar.
3. 2 bottles water.
3.5 gym- 6am to 7-am, walk dog 15 minutesx 3,
4. Orange
5. Lunch- 1 91g italian sausage, 1 wheat toast, 1 slice cheddar cheese.
5. Orange, 100 mg Vitamin C, 2 bottles water (12 pm)
7. Dinner- salmon, salad, potato.
8. No clove cigarettes today.
9. 2 bottles water
10. Bedtime.
