Quick journal entry - I'm a bit behind on my crunches, but plan to do extra each day until I've caught up. I did my min 30mins exercise and stayed within my calorie allowance today, so I'm pleased with my progress.
I found the gym hard today... definitely a mental/spiritual thing there.

I've gained 2lbs over the last few days but determined to get these pounds of through my diet plan, which I KNOW will work and fat burning exercises.
I'm starting the Summer Blast 10 lbs challenge today, so excited!

So I've gained a 1/2 pound - which I kinda expected as I haven't stuck rigidly to my diet this week ahead of the Summer Blast challenge I thought I would concentrate on doing my stomach exercises this week. I have been doing 300 crunches every day and 20 mins plus brisk walking. My stomach is much flatter and the pain is getting slightly less each day. I will keep this up for 30 days and hope to see some great results.
Next week, I will be going onto a diet and exercise regime of my own design - this is when the real weight loss begins.
