Thoughts: someone told me recently that I should do my measurements. meaning chest, waist, butt, and thighs to see what I am actually losing in weight. I think it would be a good choice, but I've just been going off what the scary flat box in the floor screams when I stand on it. Is it better to do measurements or is it better to do scale. Thoughts anyone. I guess both would be fine but I've never thought much about it until today.

Since June 12th my first day on FS I have lost a total of 26.4 lbs. I can't be happier. It's a tough road for anyone, especially me. I LOVE food. Like licking the inside of a chip bag, LOVE good.. DON'T lie, you know you've at least thought about it at times. lol. But for the first time in my life I'm taking back what is mine. It's my choice to be how I am and no longer will I except this version of myself. For years I was the thin one, the fitness junky but something happened along the way that made the former me a distant memory. i know that with hard work and determination I can find that person once again, she's out there I just have to keep searching. I hope that FS has been a blessing to each one of you as it has been for me. I thank each one of my supporters. Y'all have been a great group of people. thank-you thank-you thank-you

Enjoyed a FABLOUS lunch. weridest combo of food but turned out better than expected. I ate to my hearts content with out any fear. Been two whole months of eating better and i am doing rather well. I feel better not seeing body changes, but its coming. ;-)

so lowered my calorie intake again this week. goal for the next few weeks is 1300 calories. let's see where that puts me on the scale. them after two or three weeks going down to 1250 and so forth and so on. seeing a huge improvement in my clothes. not my actual body but hey it's a start
