Ate well today. Fresh salmon cooked in butter for breakfast, omlette and mushrooms for lunch, and chicken and mayonnaise for dinner - a fast dinner as we were tired.
I also had some nuts while we were walking to the shops. And some homemade icecream (sugar free) with raspberries.
Tiring week here, we insulated and put up new wallboard and painted our son's bedroom. Plus I have a bad cold.

I am back with some bad news. I found out why the weight piled on, I was very hyperthyroid and it made me put on weight. I also had 3 FNA biopsies of my thyroid and they removed it quite fast and found follicular cancer. *sigh*.
What a year it has been, a surprise baby and then cancer. I am on about a billion different meds, feel pretty crappy, emotional and oh so tired all the time. Still working on getting my meds right, and trying to stay awake lol.
Matthew my son is awesome, so cute, talking quite a bit and learnt to walk this past month. I love him so much!
Anyone want to know anything else? At least the earthquakes have settled down (mostly).

*sigh* Up again. I think I have been having way too much protein, so am upping my fat and dropping my protein. Something has to work!

Feeling happier today, maybe the last few days were hormonal, who knows?
Had some good walks yesterday which helped. Am constantly dehydrated so must work on drinking more. Constipation is NOT fun lol
