Happy New Year! It is also our 37th wedding anniversity. My oh my...where do the years go!?
We are celebrating by ditching all our anniversary plans and staying home (in our jammies) for a good r&r day. We are having sirloin steaks and mushrooms and baked potatoes. It is a true "comfort" day! :-) Usually we do something with the kids, or company, but not today! :-)
This week is going to be a careful ww week for me. I think we are all ready to ditch the pound laden food after the holidays!

enjoyed Christmas? BUT, I went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up some great "on plan" foods.

I am so stupid!!!!!!!!!!! I am Dr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde. How do we mentally wrap ourselves up into a success mode? I'm back where I started and it has been forever since I last logged in. It is like I'm trying to put my head in the sand and ignore my grave issues.

Down two more lbs but I don't know how. I haven't wanted to eat the kitchen sink but I haven't been as careful as I could either. I'm just happy for the loss!!!
It is snowing here and my trees are up and decorating is underway. We're going to cozy up tonight and watch
